Distillery Tour at the World Travel Awards 2023.
Located in the former St. James Church in the heart of The Liberties, Dublin, the award-winning
distillery produces Pearse Irish Whiskey and opened to visitors in September 2017. Pearse Lyons
Distillery invites you to join them for the ultimate Irish whiskey experience. Meet and chat with
the distillers while tasting a range of limited editions and distillery-exclusive whiskeys. The
distillery also offers the chance for you to blend and bottle your own whiskey while enjoying
seasonal local produce that complements Pearse Irish Whiskey.

Pearse Lyons Distillery offers a whiskey tour like no other. The distillery, being located at the
former St. James Church, provides an extensive archive that is interwoven with the history of its
founder, Pearse Lyons. Born from passion and family tradition, Pearse, along with his wife
Deirdre, aspired to create a distillery like no other in Dublin. Paying homage to their ancestors,
five generations of coopers in Dublin, the distillery experience takes you on an immersive
journey where you discover and explore the art of Irish whiskey distillation.
Pearse Lyons Distillery has been awarded numerous accolades, including the Trip Advisor
Travelers’ Choice Award in 2020, the Best Dublin Visitor Experience 2019 at the Irish Tourism
Industry Awards, and the most prestigious standard in the Bord Bia Origin Green program.
