- 40ml MíL Gin
- 20ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 5ml Strawberry Syrup
- 15 Basil Leaves
- Soda Water to finish
- Add basil leaves to shaker & muddle. Add all ingredients, fill the shaker with ice & shake for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a highball glass, add ice & top with soda water. Garnish with sprig of basil & slice of grapefruit.

- 50ml MíL Vodka
- 50ml Coffee or Espresso
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 25ml Coffee Liquer
- Powdered Cocoa
- Shake all ingredients well with ice and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with cocoa powder or coffee beans.

- 60ml MíL Gin
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Simple Syrup
- 8-12 Basil Leaves
- Basil Sprig, for garnish
- Squeeze the fresh lemon juice. Add all your ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and double strain. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a basil sprig.
