Now celebrating eight years of growth and international acclaim, this nomination marks a significant milestone for this grain to glass craft distillery, which continues to captivate visitors from around the globe with its immersive storytelling, innovative whiskey experiences, and stunning setting in a restored 12th-century church in Dublin’s historic Liberties.
Since opening its doors in 2017, Pearse Lyons Distillery has welcomed over 250,000 visitors from around the world. Known for its whiskey tours and tastings, each experience is led by expert storytellers who share the rich history of The Liberties and the legacy of the Lyons family, a lineage of Dublin coopers, brewers, and distillers spanning seven generations.
