Míl Mediterranean Style Gin

Míl is an Irish pot still gin, distilled with fragrant Mediterranean botanicals and bursting with southern sunshine. This small-batch gin is distilled with almond, basil, bergamot orange, gooseberry, juniper, olives, orris, rosemary and thyme

Inspired by the warm golden light from the stain glass window in our former church of St. James, which depicts the Camino de Santiago in North-West Spain, where St. James is buried, this is an Iberian-Irish fusion gin. Míl was the mythical Spanish warrior whose descendants populated our land. The sons of Míl were said to have brought the warm flavours of the Mediterranean sun to Ireland.
