Pearse Single Cask Single Pot Still and Pearse Single Cask Single Malt Irish Whiskeys form the foundation of our Camino Collection, inspired by the historic Camino de Santiago pilgrimage and the heritage of Irish descendants connected to our distillery’s origins. Much like the journey undertaken by pilgrims, each whiskey follows its own path from fermentation and distillation through maturation and bottling, one single cask at a time. Carefully matured, individually selected, and bottled at cask strength, every release is unique and produced in limited quantities. Finished with the original stained-glass neck label featuring the scallop shell and spire, each bottling captures a distinct chapter in the whiskey’s story, a journey of craftsmanship and character, history in the making, distilled at the altar.
